National Mens’ Singles games under way at St. Saviour’s Bowls Club.
Sport and recreation venue. St Saviour’s Bowls Club was formed in 1980 and is situated at the Grainville Sports Centre, St Saviour.
It is the most easterly club on the Island and is handy for residents of St Saviour, St Martin, Grouville, St Clement and Trinity as well as St Helier. The club has good parking behind the green as well as being on a regular bus route. The bus stop is located right outside the club opposite Langtry Gardens. The club started in 1980 with over a 100 members with an annual subscription of £12. Today

A lovely warm, sunny morning for the Le Corre and Waite trophies.
Waite winners were Olive Crowhurst and Suzanne Dolbel whilst the winners of the Le Corre were Rab Brown and Russell Butler.

Inter-club league matches start soon - Saturday 30th May at 2pm for the Morel (men) and Thursday 11th June at 6pm for the Eizabeth Collings (ladies) and Lawrence de Gruchy (men) - all at home at St. Saviour.

A fantastic Liberation Day at the club. A competitive but sociable 'Beans versus the Rest of the World' bowls match played in sunny conditions followed by a lovely lunch featuring Bean Crock or Lasagne.
