Pull Ups & Toes To Hoops Seminar!
This Saturday !

This is a Free Training to learn the progressions needed to improve Technique and Strength for Pull-Ups! Mainly for beginners, but if you can already do pull-ups, we'll get you onto muscle ups!

This Seminar will be held by myself, Paula Volante and Phil Da Silva will be assisting me!

We’ll be covering…

✅ Intro for pull-ups/toes to hoops!

✅ Warm up and mobility for upper body.

✅ Establish current strength and ability.

✅ Go through some scaling options to find your starting point.

✅ Go through progressions for improving technique and strength.

✅ Go through isolation/assistance work needed for improvement.

✅ Fun and challenging workout to put to practise what you learn and get a little sweat on!

✅ Discuss suggested program for future progression which you can do on your own.

This will take place at Jersey CrossFit Gym next to Normans Store, This Saturday at 1pm. Duration 1HR!

3 Times World Champ Reece Mcallister practising what he preaches, Phil Da Silva working hard on his Strength and Conditioning in prep for his next fight in 2 weeks and Matthew Boyle who’s taken to training like a duck to water over the last couple of weeks.

No smiles at the end of this session!
