Beasted these 3 this afternoon after they over indulged with to much chocolate!
3 Times World Champ Reece Mcallister practising what he preaches, Phil Da Silva working hard on his Strength and Conditioning in prep for his next fight in 2 weeks and Matthew Boyle who’s taken to training like a duck to water over the last couple of weeks.
No smiles at the end of this session!
