It doesn't get much better than running from St Caths to Grosnez, but make sure you have all required kit before you toe the line!

The following are required & available in-store:

- trail shoes
- sun hat/head covering
- capacity to carry 1 litre of water
- reusable cup
- sufficient nutrition
- spare layer (e.g waterproof jacket)
- sun screen (not stocked)

We also carry foil blankets, whistles, first aid kits and packs/belts for carrying all your kit. 👌
