One community. Five run clubs. So many miles shared. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Today, Rock N Road Runners, Jersey Spartan Athletic Club, Jersey Run Club, Wolf Pack and EveryMile came together for a brilliant local running collaboration.

With 30, 60 and 90 minute groups, there was a pace and distance for everyone—followed by coffee, conversations and a great Q&A with the Endurance Coaching Crew covering all things marathon running. Huge shout out to Cooper & Co. IFC for hosting us🙏.

Thank you to everyone who ran, supported, shared their experience and helped make today so special. This is what the local running community is all about. ❤️

Join us again tomorrow for a chatty bank holiday 5k, meeting at Waterfront Gardens @ 9am - in support of Macmillan Cancer Support Jersey.

It's an absolutely bumper week for our running fam. 😍

Sunday we'll be collaborating with all our other run club pals and running together for 30-90 mins from town at 8.30. For the 30-60min groups there will be a post-run marathon Q&A hosted by ECC in Trenton Square (weather pending 🤞) 😀

Monday brings our bank holiday 5k fundraiser for Macmillan Jersey from Waterfront Gardens at 9am. 🫡

🏃🏽‍♂️ Weekly Group Runs 🏃‍♀️

As usual, our group runs are in full flow.

🏃‍♀️💨 Thursday intervals 6pm at the Freedom Tree.

🏃🏽‍♂️⛰️ Saturday trail for either 60 or 90mins on an out and back course starting at 8/8.30.

🏃‍♀️🛣 Sunday road run for just 60mins this week (due to Hospice 10k) starting at 9am.

All weekend group runs finish with (mandatory) coffee & cake. ☕️😎

This Saturday we only have one 60min trail group due to the inaugural Intertidal race. 🌊

Sunday we have our usual 90 & 50min group runs from Grand Vaux.

As always, everyone is welcome and there is no charge. Just rock up! Routes are always an 'out & back' and fully supported so you won't be dropped. Coffee & cake after. 😎

With the first Race for the Wild this weekend, we’ve amended our Sunday to support this new event 🦤

💪 Intervals - Thursday 6pm at the Freedom Tree 🤩
🏞️ Trails - Saturday 8am at Les Platons for 90 minutes or 8:30am for 60 minutes⛰️
🛣️ Road - Sunday 9am at Goose Green for an hour 🪿 😎

🏃‍♂️‍➡️🏃‍♀️‍➡️ All weekend groups feature Lead and Tail Runners + Inbetweeners followed by breakfast and chats 💬

Weekend runs are FREE and open to everyone - you don’t have to be a member and don’t have to register in advance.

Our routes are out and back for simpler navigation if you need to turn around early and available in advance on RockNRoadRunners.je and RockNRoadRunCo.je
