Last weekend, I hosted a workshop locally promoting the inner practices of Kundalini Yoga and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT, or tapping).
It was hugely appreciated by all, and as a group we held each others uniqueness and exploring of inner landscapes.

Kundalini Yoga utilises the breath, mudras and postures to clear and cleanse our bodies, re-balance and lift one's energy, and witness what lies beneath the roles we play out in the world.

EFT gives self-regulation through tapping acupressure points on your body, affecting your nervous system and wellbeing, assisting in anxiety, emotional overwhelm, psychological obstacles and deep healing.

If this excites you in any way, please get in touch.

Kundalini class are given on zoom regularly. In-person classes can be arranged. Message me here or via my email:

I was intrigued... why am I so affected by others energy?
After gaining the Human Design Chart, I fully understand.

Its a free website and only asks for your email address, birth place and time. The rest of the learning about your 'type' can be taken within the 'Learn' tab, then 'beginners' tab.

Jon Kabat-Zinn - "The Healing Power of Mindfulness" 06/04/2026

During my recent studies I came across this lecture with the mindfulness leader, Jon Kabat-Zinn.

I would like to bring understanding and benefits for the practice of mindfulness.

..Are you spending much thought and feeling in the future?
..Are you ruminating on events of the past?

'There have been many tragedies in my life. Only some of them really happened'. (!!!)

Via a recent yoga workshop, a student noticed a release of physical tension that she had never known before. She believed this compressed feeling was normal to live with.

We may hold uncomfortable compression and clutter that is not actually happening, but the event, or personal interaction, or thought stream was actually in the past or only exists in the possible future. You can become aware, when you slow down and focus, the only reality is in the present moment. Yet this mind driving forwards or backwards in time, can bring tension, heaviness and dis-ease in this moment.

By bringing awareness and focus on the present moment, using the 7 Attitudes of Mindfulness, we can bring clarity, truthfulness and contentment, leading to peace and clarity, improving decision making, and interactions into the world. Might you prefer to be in this way of being, in the now, in the only true state you actually have?

7 Attitudes of Mindfulness:
* Non judgement
* Patience
* Beginners Mind
* Trust
* Non-striving
* Acceptance (non-fixing)
* Letting be (surrender)

Enjoy the lecture. Note your insights, and reflect on how this may cultivate peace and contentment in your day today. xx

Bhakti Yoga Conference 05/03/2026

Hello all,

Happy Jack Yoga University is hosting a global online gathering on Bhakti Yoga with 30+ spiritual teachers. It’s free to attend, the link is below if you’re interested.
It runs from 6 - 23 March.
Last year was excellent with answers & considerations for higher thinkers… on life, death and skills to deal with everything in between.

Bhakti Yoga Conference At a time when many feel fragmented, isolated, or spiritually disconnected, the Bhakti Yoga Conference explores a timeless and urgently relevant question:

22/02/2026

A new course beginning tomorrow Monday 23rd Feb, with daily live zoom calls til Friday 27 Feb, via the HAPPY JACK YOGA UNIVERSITY.
You can go at your own pace, no need to complete this week. Watch the recordings at a suitable time, but the live classes are so valuable if you can join (2-3pm London time) & enable live answers to all your queries.

To sign up, email :
[email protected]
and get details on membership to the Uni. Maybe just for this one month to enjoy this one course, but you will also get to know the whole university experience and it’s resources too.

Tell them, I referred you to the course. 💞

Journey of Self Discovery is a 25 hour continuing education training inspired by Prema Nidhi Das’s book, Journey of Self Discovery. This course invites you to bring Bhagavad Gita wisdom into real life through daily sadhana, guided study, and a warm community of practice.

Key Program Outcomes:

A clearer understanding of happiness that lasts
You’ll be able to distinguish temporary happiness from lasting fulfillment, and name what actually supports steadiness and meaning in daily life.

A grounded framework for exploring God and faith without “blind belief”
You’ll learn key Bhagavad Gita perspectives on why people believe, what “God” means in this tradition, and how to approach spiritual knowledge with discernment and inquiry.

A deeper sense of identity beyond roles and moods
You’ll understand the two identities (material and spiritual), explore the kosha-like layers and the nature of the soul, and reflect on how this shifts self-worth, purpose, and resilience.

More clarity and compassion around suffering, karma, and life’s challenges
You’ll gain practical language and insight for the question “why do bad things happen,” including the gunas, time, karma, and what you can do now to respond wisely.

Practical tools to live and teach the Yoga of Love (Bhakti)
You’ll leave with simple, repeatable practices (japa/kirtan, self-study, reflection) and concrete ways to apply the Gita through akarma (action without reaction) in relationships, service, and teaching.

And most importantly — enjoy the journey. 💜

Ever practiced bathroom yoga?

Photos from Luna Yoga's post 31/10/2025

Welcome to the Bathroom Yoga Suite!
🧘
The weekly evening class of Yin and Meditation has moved inside, because the sun now sets before class start time (6.15pm), and it’s chilly even under the caravan shelter. Choosing wisely towards my comfort, good lighting and exploring adaptation, the bathroom provided rather well!
🧘
One student said ‘This shows that yoga can be practiced anywhere!’

So true! Yoga does translate to connection or to unite in the ancient language of Sanskrit.
And we can connect to our body, our breath, and our divine nature absolutely anywhere. Try some deep belly breathing next time you are in a shop queue, or Bumble Bee breath (Brahmari Pranayama) during a car drive. Even in an intense interaction, try placing a hand on the belly or the heart, noticing the sensations of body & breath, coming home to your inner truth.
Yoga… a balancing, regulating, centering connection right there, anywhere !
🧘
Have you ever practiced yoga in the bathroom? 🤪
