December Open Classes - we’re back for the last few open classes of 2025. We’ve got a variety for you to get your full out fix to finish off your year strong. Class spaces are limited, and as always served on a FCFS basis. DM us to book your spaces. 🖤💥

My life wouldn’t be the same without these women! Truly grateful for such wonderful powerful supportive women around me and proud to be one!

She’s back!! You guys loved the last Contemporary Fusion class so is back to offer us another! Thursday 6th March 7.15-8.15pm - spaces are limited and are served on a fcfs basis so be sure to get yourself booked in!🩵
