New weekly offering out west | The Atlantic Hotel β―οΈπππ»
We are super excited for our new weekly out west yoga class at the Atlantic Hotel - join Dana every Saturday 10-11am for Ying Yang.
A balanced practice that blends gentle flow with grounding, longer-held postures, creating space for both energy and deep relaxation.
Classes will be held in the Garden Room, which is fully equipped with bolsters, bricks, straps, blankets and mats.
With the option to head out to the headland in the warmer months for deep relaxation in a beautiful coastal setting.
Included in Kalimukti memberships, bulk passes and also available as a drop-in.

We thought about waiting until Lucy is back mid September for the next Baby & Me course, then we realised thatβs a really silly idea.
So we have added 2 more 4 week courses - next one starting 17th July, then another straight after 17th August!
Repeat the course as many times as you can (pre crawling), or drop in if you canβt make the whole 4 weeks just book in the app under courses selecting the dates you can make!

Castle classes are every Sat 9-10am (May to Sept) alternating yoga and Pilates each week, with indoor and outdoor places to practice.
Booking online (Kalimukti app > classes), grab your mat or towel and head through the castle gates.
Often we will decide in the morning where is the best place to practice, depending on the weather.
Just head into the castle, up the main stairs and if you havenβt passed us on the lower Ward or Middle Ward, weβll either be on the Upper Ward which is a left at the top of the stairs or indoors to the Tudor Chamber right at the top of the stairs.
Please arrive for 8:50am so you have plenty of time to settle βοΈπ°

Join Lucy (postnatal trained instructor) in this post Partum course, designed to help regain strength, flexibility, and core stability in a safe and supportive environment.
Expect to focus on small, repetitive movements to improve muscle endurance, tone and posture whilst you move with baby through exercises that will help rebuild from within.
