Hello everyone.
After the great success last year of the Jersey open snooker team championship , I'm very pleased to announce that myself and Tiernan McNulty will be hosting the 2018 championships at First Tower snooker club on 25-27 May 2018. Please register your team's early to avoid disappointment, last year I had to turn last minute team entries away as the fixtures had already been done. This is a great event with lots of prize money this year and hopefully will see some new teams from across the country after meeting a lot of players from the Snooker legends tour this year...... I have already got two teams from Jersey and one Southampton team paid up and confirmed. I can secure cheap hotels for anyone who needs assistance. Just contact me direct. Kind regards Aaron.

Just a reminder that today is the last day to register to play in the Jersey billiards and snooker association teams and individual league qualifying for the island snooker and Upton teams. Forms are available from first Tower snooker club or registering with the tournament secretary Robert Lee Moel on 01534 853190 .
If you want to play in the Jersey team or play in the team league this year this is the form you need to fill in.
There are also two two individual leagues, one to qualify for the island team, open to scratch handicap players to -49 players, and the second individual league to play in Guernsey this year for the Upton team is open to players from +7 to +49. Register now if you want to play!!!

All ready for day 3 of the Jersey team open at the First Tower Billiards and snooker club. Club is looking fantastic and we have been treated to some top quality snooker...... Southampton are currently leading the standings and we have had 4 century breaks so far, 132,129,116 and 108 all made by current Ci champion Aaron Canavan. Let's see what finals day today brings. Spectators are more than welcome, play starts today 10am.
