Endurance running project with the aim of helping any standard of runner improve whatever their goal Fields. We have three main goals for this project.

1.

The format of this group is built around hosting a weekly endurance training session at 6:30 pm every Wednesday at F.B. To provide a common place for Jersey distance runners of all ability levels to work together, train and improve.
2. To provide structured, individualised weekly training plans for any interested runners.
3. To create a fun environment in which to train. Runners of all ability lev

We will be re-branding our Future Reds community courses in 2021. To mark this occasion we will be offering TWO free places on our Spring softball or hardball courses.

All you need to do is 'LIKE' and 'SHARE' this post to be in with a chance of winning! The two lucky winners will be announced on Monday 30th November.

Sign up forms for the Spring 2021 courses will be released at midday on Tuesday 1st December. ✍️
