Introducing our 60 minute Beginners Trail Group Run 🍃 Once a month we will be putting on TWO groups for our Saturday morning group sessions so increase the access to trails for all 🙌 Group 1 starts at 8am for 90 minutes out and back, while Group get a bit of a lie in and start at 8:30am ⏰ Both groups will start and finish at Goose Green with breakfast and coffee at together afterwards 🥞 The new session is perfect for new and aspiring trail runners looking to build their skill and fitness level - give us a shout to find out more 📣📣📣
