NEW Classes start Wednesday 4th February!

Focused training designed to help you grow in skill, fitness, and confidence.

Wednesday
• 4:00–5:00 PM — Class 1: Basics, techniques & forms

• 5:00–6:00 PM — Class 2: Circuits & sparring

Sunday
• 11:30 AM–12:30 PM — Class 1: Basics, techniques & forms

✅ Class 1 builds strong foundations, correct movement, and discipline.

✅ Class 2 develops fitness, coordination, confidence, and practical application.

Regular attendance = steady progress and real results! All classes are essential for your karate progression. As repetition
& refinement are key to building skill and confidence.

I’m writing to update our existing Kenpo students with some important information. I am now the sole instructor for this style, and I’m very grateful to continue training with our Kenpo community.

As part of this transition, a new payment structure will be introduced. Tuition will be billed monthly in advance, with payments due on the first of each month, beginning February 1st.

If you wish to continue your training, please email me your updated contact and billing details, as all invoices and payment information will be sent through our new billing system via email. This step is important to ensure there are no interruptions to your training.

You’re also very welcome to speak with me in person during the Sunday session if you have any questions or would like to discuss this further.

As I officially take over as Head Instructor, I would like to share a little about my background.

🥋I am a 3rd Degree Black Belt
🥋Owner and Head Instructor of Jersey Karate Kenpo Legacy.

🥋Over 20 years of teaching experience
🥋European Gold Medalist Champion
🥋Awarded recognition by the Jersey Sports Council
🥋Consistently represented Jersey internationally, bringing home five Gold Medals from one championship alone.

My specialty is sparring, where I focus on developing strong technique, confidence, control, and sportsmanship in a safe and supportive environment. I am deeply passionate about helping children grow not just in karate, but in confidence, discipline, and life skills.

A Special Thank You to my parents Ivor & Jacqui. 🥋

After many years of incredible commitment and dedication to teaching, guiding, and inspiring children, Ivor & Jacqui are stepping into a well-earned retirement at the end of January .

While they will still be around and supporting us, I’ll be officially taking over as we move forward as a new entity—building on the strong foundations they have created. We are deeply grateful for everything they have given over the years. 👏 🥋

It gives me great pleasure to continue the teaching and tradition of American Kenpo Karate.
