A huge thank you to of Champions and everyone who joined me for this event 🤍

This breakfast wasn’t about wellbeing initiatives.

It was about the future of workplace health.

After years of health screenings and Occupational Health, I’ve realised something…

I wasn’t just collecting health data.

I was collecting stories.

And those stories reveal the patterns that help organisations better understand, support and invest in their people.

Because the future of workplace wellbeing isn’t doing more.

It’s understanding your people better.

Thank you for being part of the journey. 🤍

Big shout to for the amazing breakfast pots, they were amazing 👌🏽❤️❤️

A huge thank you to JT for inviting me in to deliver a Men’s Health talk this week. Over 50 people joined the session and the feedback has been incredible.

One of the key messages was that men’s health isn’t always about the obvious.

Whilst women are invited into healthcare from a much younger age through screening programmes, many men don’t start thinking about their health until much later and are often expected to seek help themselves.

We covered prostate health, testosterone, heart health, stress, sleep, recovery and why strength training becomes increasingly important after 40.

We also talked about PSA testing. PSA isn’t a cancer test. It measures a protein produced by the prostate and helps us better understand risk. I’m delighted to share that PSA testing is now available in clinic as part of my health screening services.

The reality is that men are often brilliant at providing for everyone around them, but not always as good at looking after themselves.

Life gets busy. Careers grow. Families need us. Parents get older. Responsibilities increase.

That’s exactly why prevention matters.

And yes wearing my fave T-shirt from the Robbie Williams exhibition at the Moco Museum , it seemed very fitting for the occasion 🫶🏽

A partnership I’m incredibly proud of. 🤍

Last year, performed my abdominal reconstruction after years of not fully understanding how severe my abdominal separation had become.

Despite working in health and wellbeing, teaching yoga and helping others move better, my body had been compensating for far longer than I realised.

As someone who works in movement, rehabilitation and wellbeing every day, I now appreciate just how much my body had been compensating.

The repair restored strength and stability that I hadn’t realised I was missing and has had a profound impact on both my personal life and professional practice.

It restored strength, stability and trust in my body.

Without that repair, my future as a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist and teacher teacher would have looked very different.

That’s why I’m so excited to welcome and to The Wellbeing Co.

Together, we share a simple goal: helping people access expert support, improve their wellbeing and make informed decisions about their health without judgement or stigma.

Miles is an award-winning reconstructive surgeon whose work focuses on restoring function, supporting recovery and helping people regain trust in their bodies.

Miles and Julia will now be consulting in Jersey once a month from The Wellbeing Co, making their expertise more accessible to islanders who may benefit from specialist advice.

One thing I’ve learnt through my own experience is that sometimes the most effective route to better health and wellbeing is having the right conversation with the right expert.

Very grateful for the care I received and incredibly excited to be working alongside two people whose professionalism, expertise and patient-centred approach I admire enormously.

🤍 Here’s to better access to care and supporting people in whatever way they need to live well.

Delighted to have delivered a presentation on what wellbeing really means in leadership — and why it’s not a ‘nice to have’, but essential.

Real leadership is about understanding your people, recognising pressure, and leading by example. You can’t expect your team to prioritise their health if you don’t.

Great to hear Jason Wyse from sharing what effective leadership looks like in practice — being present, accountable, and not afraid to get stuck in.

Huge congratulations to all the CMI graduates 👏

Thank you to PPC Consulting and for having me — such an important conversation.

During Mental Health Awareness Week, there’s a lot of focus on awareness and support.

But what I see in practice, over and over again, is more nuanced than that.

Many individuals present as physically well:

* stable metabolic markers
* good cholesterol profiles
* healthy body composition

Yet that’s only part of the picture.

Behind the numbers, there’s often:

* poor sleep
* elevated stress
* low recovery
* and a significant mental load

Not just from work.

From life outside of it.

Family pressure.
Ongoing responsibility.
Constant mental load that doesn’t switch off.

And despite all of this, people continue to show up, perform, and appear to cope.

This is where a more generic approach to health can fall short.

Because if we only look at surface-level markers,
we miss what’s actually happening underneath.

This is why I approach every assessment differently.

Not as a set of numbers to review—
but as a person to understand.

Looking at their health in context,
and helping them make sense of what’s really going on.

Because without that level of understanding,
it’s very easy for these patterns to go unnoticed.

Thank you thank you 🫶🏽

It’s been 4 years since I opened my Yoga Teacher Training School and every year I’m blown away 🤯

The dedication and commitment my students show is so amazing.

It’s hard, it’s over whelming, it’s exhausting on all levels but it’s worth every second.

They’ve had 5 theory exams, created a 6 week course, taught a class from it and the finale was a 30 minute beginners class (apparently this was the most challenging), constructive feedback was given with key points to carry them forward.

My expectations are high, I respect my industry immensely I take great responsibility in ensuring my students leave with the right awareness and understanding of what teaching yoga entails, as I said this is not about shapes it’s about intention, respect and understanding of how we can use yoga as a tool to not only enhance our own lives but how we can all become better humans 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Respect to all teachers and schools who uphold these values ❤️❤️

And finally, thank you so much to who have looked after us as always for the last 6 months, I love you all ❤️❤️❤️🥰
