At — it’s about small nudges in the right direction.
💧Water instead of caffeine.
🏋🏽‍♀️Training consistently instead of too much or not at all.
🧘🏻‍♀️Stretch instead of snooze.
🚶🏼‍♀️Walk instead of drive.
🍲Cook instead of order.
💭Say “I’m getting stronger” instead of talking yourself down.

✨ 24 vs 34: The Glow-Up Decade ✨

I’ve been there, done that, and got the (large) T-shirt. From unhealthy habits to healing and thriving in my 30s, it hasn’t been easy—but it’s shaped me into the person (and coach!) I am today. 💪🏼

In my 20s, I rebelled against being a child athlete (where I under-ate) and fell into unhealthy habits at university, then faced the grief of losing my dad (both where I over-ate). Now, in my 30s, I’m focused on healing and growing—inside and out—and I know I’m a better coach, person, and athlete because of it. 🌱✨

💡 What’s changed?
🏋🏽 I strength train to invest in future me.
🥗 I eat to nourish my body and gut microbiome—but I’ll never deny myself something I really want.
🍷 I drink less, mostly because hangovers in your 30s are NO joke. 🤣 (But balance is everything! If I want a glass of something, I’ll have it.)
✨ I’ve even changed little things, like getting my hair done less but using better products, which has helped it grow longer and healthier than ever.
⏰ No quick fixes—I’ve given myself years to get where I want to be, not months. It’s changed my mindset and made the journey so much better!

At it’s about so much more than just lifting weights. My 🔼 logo means something! It stands for the 3 pillars of strength I live by (I usually only talk about the first two—strength in body and strength in mind—as sometimes the third is perceived as “silly”):
