This Monday at 8:30am! Come ready to sweat, suffer a little, and honor the meaning behind the workout. ❤️🤍💙
“Murph” is one of CrossFit’s most well known Hero WODs, dedicated to Lt. Michael Murphy.
The workout:
🏃 1 mile run
💪 100 pull-ups
🤸 200 push-ups
🦵 300 air squats
🏃 1 mile run
RX version is done wearing a weighted vest.
You can partition the reps however you’d like (ex: 20 rounds of 5/10/15), and we’ll have scaled options for every fitness level, whether it’s your first Murph or your tenth.
