We are incredibly proud of our coaching team for their completion of the CPR, AED, & First Aid certification training workshop with Affirm Ambulance Services and Tech EMS Training Academy.
From infant CPR to handling real-life scenarios they aim to have our staff equipped and empowered to keeping our athletes safe.

Mona Preparatory School focuses on developing well-rounded individuals who exhibit leadership, confidence, honesty, and service to the community.

To achieve the Principal's Honour Roll, students must display exceptional academic performance, exceeding a 90% average at least 3 times consecutively throughout the school year.
The student should also demonstrate high punctuality and attendance, leadership qualities, good manners, and active participation in sports, culture, and service-oriented extracurricular activities, exhibiting a character that aligns with the school's core values.

Kinder gym (Ages 3-5)

Teens & Adults (Ages 13 & up)
