Boot camp is postponed for today January 23, 2016.
come join us now and get healthy.....
The new years resolution will begin in a week.... the most important thing to remember about losing weight is that weight loss and being healthy should be a lifestyle and not a diet or fad.
Stop punishing yourselves by drinking your way through your weight loss.... that's not a way to eat.
A balanced meal of lean protein, vegetables, whole grains and a small amount of complex carbs on your plate is always the way to eat.
Cutting back on carbonated drinks like sodas and sugary drinks is a must for weight loss. Ease off the alcohol which is filled with sugar.
Water and coconut water should be a main drink each day.
Exercise by burning and getting out of your comfort zone is a must for your journey. Push yourself each week by doing pyramid workout with a blend of HIIT .
Good luck and wishing for a healthier you.in 2016
How many of you can cut out sugar for one week?
Sugar is the number one enemy. Consumption of Too much sugar can cause diabetes.
Alcohol had sugar...... keep that in check
Too many sugary drinks for the day....
Cut back to one or none.

About our boot camp this morning
Lifestlye disease is on the rise. I have found so many people who are young and have hypertension. We must monitor the foods we eat.
We consume too many bad carbs in our diet. We also consume too much sugar.
With each meal we have rice.
Cut back on your rice intake to once weekly and consume more vegetables, local fruits and protein. Cut back on your intake of sodas and sweet drinks to once per week.
Exercise at least 3 times per week. There is no excuse to be healthy.
