When debating an issue, loyalty means giving your honest opinion, whether you think it will be liked it or not. Disagreement, at this stage, should stimulates you. But once a decision has been made, the debate ends. From that point on, loyalty means executing the decision as if it were your own... Agreed?

Inter-School Debate Society (ISDA) is a representative body of high school students that engages in English-language debate.
The organization consists of executive members from each partnering high school debate societies.ISDA acts to provide training sessions, executive meetings and an overall supervision and discussion of projects that are conducted by the various debate societies.
