Technique of the week: Scissor Sweep ✂️🧹 Highly effective closed guard sweep, which works against all levels. Timing is key, don’t skip the details. Come in and learn this and more cool techniques.

Technique of the week: Omoplata Sweep- This works great from close guard when they try a standing pass. Control posture with tight cross sleeve, re-grip, scoop under the leg, shoot your hips as high as possible to get your leg over the back of the shoulder. It works on all levels. Come by to learn this another cool 🥷 stuff.

This week‘s technique of the week was the Arm Drag. Here I am using it from a seated position to get to the back for the rare naked choke submission. This is great for smaller people to use against larger opponents. Not the case here but you get my point.
