Happy Monday. Its ok to start over a million ans 1 times but giving up is NEVER an option!!!
First post recovery for nearly 2 months now!!! I have been walking but no strenuous activities as per doctors order. I am ready to get back in the swing of things, but slow and steady.

Happy Tuesday
Quick Breakfast Idea:
Chocolate, Strawberry and Peanut Butter Smoothie:
1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 banana
1tsp peanut butter (read the label no added sugar)
1/2 Strawberries
2 tsp protein powder
1tsp raw cocoa
Put all ingredients in your favorite blender, blend until smooth.
And there you have it.
A full nutritional breakfast with about 585-600 calories.

Exercise tip of the day:
Make time to workout, it doesn't has to be at the gym or take hours.
A quick exercise performance consistently can be just as effective when combine with proper nutrition.
Morning Pick Me Up Exercise:
20 jumping jack
5 push ups
10 bodyweight squats
20 leg lifts (on each side)
60 secs plank.
The goal here is progression. You can do this every morning or even 2x daily. Then when you get better, you can choose to do it in sets or even increase your numbers. The possibilities are endless!!!

One of the biggest MYTH about weight/lost or Obesity:
Obesity is not genetic.
Some people do have genetic syndromes that lead to obesity, such as Prader-Willi Syndrome.
Other people have genes that can be turned on or off depending on their environment, which can also lead to obesity.
There are certain genes that impact how your body processes sugars, carbohydrates and fats(researched provided by Dr. Lowden). Some people have a greater propensity for being overweight based on lifestyle choices that can impact these genes.”
This doesn't mean you shouldn't still exercise and develop a healthy eating habits. It's just means that not everyone is meant to be the same size.
Take away. DO NOT compare yourself or your journey to anyone.

Thanks to my Trail Blazers who have given me the opportunity to be apart of thier fitness journey. These last 6 weeks have been amazing and I couldn't ask them for anything more. My client's are AWSOME!!!!

I came across this post last week and it seems fascinating and challenging so commented at post and decided to challenge myself. To my surprise I was able to do 32, I might not be that fast but it was definitely challenging.
This is an inspiration to always step outside the box. Always challenging your self, but remember safety is paramount!!!
