The Old Vinegar Hill Trail is a natural beauty because it takes you through the wilderness along the Blue Mountain Grand Ridge on an historic route that dates back to the 1600s, at that time is was used by merchants who would travel by mule, horse, donkey and on foot between Port Antonio in the North Coast and Kingston, these days it is rarely travelled.
