“Peter told me he cvrséd Jude that he would never have a male child, that when he did, he said he has lifted the cvrsé.

He also told me Jude wanted to sl33p with Lola, his wife.

He also said he has CCTV footage showing his twin brother, Paul, slééping with their housegirl, and that Paul’s wife caught him.

Peter Okoye is an intelligent man. He’s very good with his art.

He picked the right time to speak and met with the right people.

He also knows his brothers cannot defend themselves because they’re in court, and if they speak, the court could revoke Jude’s bail.

For Iyabo Ojo and Mohbad wife, i''m coming.”

— VeryDarkMan makes fresh claims about Peter Okoye (Mr P) and also drags Iyabo Ojo into the ongoing P-Square family drama, says Mohbad’s case is far from over

Hassan Moghaddas was a judge in Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Court who sentenced more than 4,000 political prisoners to ex*****on. He destroyed countless lives.

In 2005, as Hassan was returning home from work, Majid Kavousifar rode up on a motorcycle, sh!ot him twice with a pistol and kil!led him.

Majid escaped from Iran to the United Arab Emirates and went to the United States Embassy seeking refugee status. Instead, the United States, under the Bush administration, surrendered him to Emirati police.

The United Arab Emirates eventually extradited him back to Iran in 2006.

Majid Kavousifar and his 19-year-old nephew were conv!icted and han!ged in a public ex*****on.

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps forced his family members to stand among the spectators and watch his execut!ion.

Among those spectators was a little girl dressed in pink watching his father gets hanged.

She was Majid Kavousifar's daughter.

Stories like this happen in the Islamic Republic almost daily.

Best alternative pathways for an IMG in US :

1. Pharmaceutical & biotechnology industry

This is one of the strongest alternatives for an IMG who wants to continue using their medical background without completing residency.

Possible positions include:

* Medical Affairs

* Medical Advisor

* Medical Science Liaison

* Clinical Development

* Clinical Research

* Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance

* Medical Reviewer

* Regulatory Affairs

* Medical Information

* Clinical Trial Management

* Scientific/Medical Communications

For someone with an MBBS/MD plus U.S. healthcare experience, this can be considerably more realistic than trying to obtain a physician position without residency.

2. Clinical research

Universities, academic medical centers, CROs and pharmaceutical companies employ foreign-trained physicians as:

* Clinical Research Associate

* Clinical Research Scientist

* Research Physician

* Clinical Research Coordinator

* Medical Researcher

* Clinical Trial Physician

* Medical Monitor

Some research institutions are accustomed to sponsoring international professionals, particularly for specialized positions.

3. Clinical Documentation Integrity / physician advisor work

This is particularly interesting for physicians who already have U.S. healthcare experience.

Possible positions:

* CDI Specialist

* CDI Physician

* Clinical Validation Specialist

* Physician Advisor

* CDI Manager

* CDI Medical Director

* Denials/Clinical Validation physician

* Documentation/Revenue Integrity leadership

However, the visa issue is the major obstacle. Many CDI employers do not sponsor H-1B for these positions because they can hire U.S. nurses, coders, pharmacists, physicians, etc.

So CDI can be an excellent career alternative, but it should not automatically be considered a reliable visa-sponsorship pathway.

4. Medical affairs

Medical affairs can be an excellent bridge between medicine and industry.

Typical progression:

IMG → Clinical Research/Medical Reviewer → Medical Affairs → Medical Advisor → Senior Medical Advisor/Medical Director

The higher-level roles can potentially support an immigration case based on the individual’s specialized expertise, publications, leadership and national impact.

5. Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety

This is another strong IMG pathway.

Jobs include:

* Drug Safety Physician

* Pharmacovigilance Physician

* Medical Reviewer

* Safety Scientist

* Signal Detection

* Clinical Safety

* Benefit-Risk Assessment

A physician’s understanding of pathology, pharmacology, adverse events and clinical decision-making can be very valuable.

6. Clinical informatics / healthcare technology

An IMG can move toward:

* Clinical Informatics

* EHR optimization

* Clinical decision support

* Healthcare AI

* Clinical data science

* Medical AI validation

* Clinical terminology

* Health-tech product management

* Physician informatics

This becomes particularly attractive if you add skills such as SQL, analytics, AI/ML concepts, Epic/Meditech expertise or clinical data standards.

7. Academic/research route → O-1 or EB-1A/EB-2 NIW

For an IMG with publications, research, presentations, citations, peer review, leadership or significant professional accomplishments, immigration can potentially become more important than finding a traditional employer-sponsored job.

An O-1 can be available to individuals who demonstrate extraordinary ability, while EB-1A is the permanent-residence counterpart for individuals who meet the higher extraordinary-ability standard.

An EB-2 NIW can also be relevant for professionals whose proposed work meets the national-interest requirements. USCIS specifically has a physician NIW category, although the physician-specific NIW has substantial clinical-service requirements and should not be confused with every nonclinical EB-2 NIW case.

Should the West Be Suspicious of Islam? The Oxford University Debate

by James Macpherson [Commentary]

The Oxford Debating Union met at the weekend to debate whether or not the West should be suspicious of Islam.

The remarkable thing about this debate is that the side arguing “No, the West should not be suspicious of Islam”, did seem to make a very good case for the affirmative.

Student debater and moderate Muslim Aisha Khan gleefully boasted that if it wasn’t for the generosity and protection of Muslims on the Oxford committee, one of her opponents would probably not make it home from the debate alive.

Aisha Khan said…

“Steven Yaxley-Lennon, known to his hooligans as Tommy Robinson…

“Steven, there is a crowd outside rioting against you tonight.

“And without the protection and generosity of a Muslim Palestinian president and a mostly South Asian executive committee, you would be quite literally cooked.”

Hey, you’ve got no need to be suspicious of Muslims because, well, as long as you’re in our good graces, we’ll make sure the pro-Muslim mob out the front don’t lynch you…

That’s a hell of an argument and the biggest own goal I’ve seen, including at the World Cup.

And then there was this fascinating drama.

One of the debaters for the affirmative — Laurence Fox — arguing the West should be suspicious of Islam, advised he would be showing a cartoon of Muhammad during his speech. Fox said…

“The West should resist Islam in the strongest terms on free-speech grounds alone.

“So, here we are with this cartoon…”

Well, there was an audible gasp from everyone in the room.

And then faster than you can say Charlie Hebdo, people began running interference.

Muslims on the negative team argued there was no need to test their commitment to free speech by showing the cartoon.

They’ve already proved their commitment to free speech by holding the debate in the first place.

Muslim student Arwa Elrayes argued…

“Is it not enough that I as a Muslim president have invited you to this chamber to give your arguments?

“Is that not enough justification and evidence for you to believe that we do believe in free speech? I would not become the president of a free-speech society if not for that.”

And then members of the audience began interjecting, urging the debate chair to discover some rule or regulation that would prevent the cartoon from being shown.

So, by now you’re getting the idea.

The very people insisting the West has no need to be suspicious of Islam were desperate to prevent a cartoon of Muhammad from being shown in public.

Eventually, however, the debate chair ruled the cartoon could be displayed. Fox continued...

“So it is in that spirit that I will not submit. I show you this as an Englishman who believes in free speech. I will not submit. I will not bow down.”

Fox pulled out the cartoon, which depicted… Charlie Hebdo!

Turns out the cartoon wasn’t of Muhammad at all.

The affirmative side weren’t that silly. Everyone in the room, not least those arguing there was no need to be suspicious of Islam, breathed a huge sigh of relief.

But the point had been well and truly made.
