Fights aren't won when the lights are on. They’re won in the quiet hours when your lungs burn, your legs are heavy, and you dig deep to find one more round. 🥊🔥

Big moments are built on the days no one sees. Keep grinding, stay focused, and outwork yesterday’s effort.

Deeply honored and humbled to announce my induction into the Bas-I Kyokushin International Martial Arts Hall of Fame and the Honorary Membership from Universal Self Defense Organization! 🏆✨

Looking back at a 17-year journey in boxing, this moment feels surreal. From stepping into the ring for the very first time to being certified as a pugilist by the legendary Mr. Lennox Lewis, every drop of sweat has been worth it.💥

To hold the title of AMBC Female Heavyweight Boxing Champion of the Caribbean, to break barriers as the first female boxing coach in Jamaica, and to lead the next generation as the Head Coach of the Montego Bay National Boxing Gym. 💫

This induction isn’t just a personal milestone. It belongs to everyone who ever believed in me, trained with me, and supported Jamaican boxing.
The fight continues, the legacy grows, and we are just getting started. 🇯🇲🥊

Success isn't just about the titles you win, but the doors you open for those coming behind you.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey, my family, my coaches, my students, and the boxing community worldwide. This honor is ours! 🇯🇲❤️🥊

Jamaica’s boxing scene has the raw heart and natural athleticism, now it’s time for the world to see the ex*****on. 🇯🇲🥊 What we need next isn't just talent; it’s sustained backing.

We need more community platforms like 'Gloves Over Guns,' upgraded local gyms, and corporate investment to turn raw grit into global championships. The ring is waiting. Let's build the foundation.
