e dreams. At Champion’s Image we challenge you to ask yourself, “Do you feel deserving of the life you want?” and “What are you prepared to do, to gain the life you want? Champion’s Image Gym is a full service gym offering state-of-the-art equipment including; treadmills, arc-trainers, elliptical trainers, stair climbers and spinning bikes. We have a comprehensive weight resistance area with over 20 pieces of equipment, as well, our main gym also prides itself on having an extensively large free weight area which can accommodate even the most challenging weight lifter. We offer fitness services that will provide you with exercise programs, lifestyle tips and nutritional advice that will help you to change your body, your mindset and your fitness level there-by changing and re-creating your life thru the power of mental and physical fitness. Our gym classroom offers wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling mirrors, as well as, a cushioned resistance floor for all of our fitness classes. Champion’s Image classes offered include; Yoga, Zhumba, Body Sculpting, Aerobics, Tae-bo, Spinning/cycling, Reggae Dance and Kick-boxing. Our class schedule is updated weekly and will soon be available on our website. Classes are open to all members at no additional cost. Champion’s Image is open Monday thru Friday from 6:00 am until 9:00 pm, Saturdays from 7:00am until 3:00 pm, Sundays 9:00 am until 2:00 pm and holidays from 8:00am until 4:00 pm. Trainers are available at no extra cost to all members during open hours. Trainers will assist all members in setting up a fitness program (upon request) that is exclusive to the member, adjusting the program as the member advances. Nutritional programs are available at no extra cost to all members by Champion’s Image Nurse. Individual eating programs will be developed (upon request) to meet the member’s desired goal be it weight loss or weight gain, keeping in mind the principles of healthy eating, fat loss and building of lean muscle. Champion’s Image Gym prides itself on employing world-class instructors, trainers and staff for the gym. All Instructors and trainers have years of experience. A reference binder is available at the gym to review each staff member’s credentials. Champion’s Image gym is the realized dream of Trainer Douglas Rodgers and Nurse Cheryl Sharkey.
