The house has been restored to its original condition and freshly painted. The property, including the beachs, has been cleared of all of the debris.

All of the staff have faired well and have returned with enthusiasm and commitment to providing you with a memorable vacation, one which will have you returning for the next.

A new standby generator is at-the-ready in the event of any power outages during this time of recovery from the most devastating hurricane in Jamaica's history. A StarLink system is also available as a backup for the local internet provider.

The banks and supermarkets are fully operational and the street vendors are back to provide fresh produce.

We are looking forward to welcoming back our returning guests, and our new ones who want to have an authentic experience in Negril's only historical property.

The house has been fully restored to its original condition and has been freshly painted. The property has been cleaned of all the fallen debris.

A back-up generator is at-the-ready for any power outages, and a StarLink system is in place as a backup for the local internet provider.

All of the staff are back on duty and serving our guests with a commitment to their satisfaction for a memorable stay at Negril's only historical property.

All the banks and supermarkets are open. Street vendors are back. Negril is ready and so are we.

We’re deeply grateful for the messages, and check-ins we’ve received over the past few days.

Hurricane Melissa brought powerful winds and heavy rain across Jamaica, leaving behind heartbreaking damage to homes and communities. Our hearts are with everyone across the island who is recovering in the storm’s aftermath.

Here in Negril, Llantrissant weathered the storm with some damage to our back veranda, but thankfully the main house and interiors remain intact. Our team is safe and accounted for, though some are dealing with damage to their own homes.

Power and communication remain limited throughout Negril, but we’ll continue to share updates as restoration and recovery move forward.
