Abdominal Exercises are great CORE workouts but your form has to be good. And to be quite frank (with you) I hardly see anyone getting fantastic result by just doing mere crunches, so here is what I suggest. Start off with a few crunches mix with other exercises that will help engage and strengthen that region. Then as your CORE gets stronger, you combined with more intricate abdominal exercises.
