According to a survey on a Men's Fitness website, couples who run together have more s*x. Do u believe that? Do u think they get turned on by each others sweaty body or their gears soaked to their skin,? or they r so turned on by that that they just lean on a private tree in the park or they hurry to get home or something...ha ha Idk, survey says....
Exercise is very good for you. One source says that adults shud engage in at least 30 mins of moderate to vigorous physical activity, five or more days of the week, however, they say 45 to 60mins of intentional physical activity is preferable...this is just a part of keeping healthy.
