Congratulations again to all distinguished trainers who took part in our TMT program in the provision of relevant, attractive and quality horticulture training for the Refugees, Host communities and Migrants in Irbid and Mafraq through our project "ITC-AgJo".

You should all be as proud of yourselves as you become part of raising awareness of Horticulture practices for the participants, also promote the participation of everyone in the Agri sector and supporting sustainable agriculture and being part of agriculture training in delivering professionalize and flexible learning on Hydroponics & Aquaponics, Fruit trees and Vegetable management. 😄

Keep your eyes peeled on these pictures from this meeting that was held on the 12th of March with participation Eng. Mohammed Al-Hiyari from the JAEA board of members, Project Manager Alaa Hasan and 20 master trainers.

كل الشكر والتقدير لمن ساهم في إنجاح وتميز البرنامج التدريبي وخصيصا للزملاء والزميلات المشاركين بالبرنامج على تعاونهم المستمر وجهودهم المبذولة ضمن مشروع "تحسين القدرات التدريبية لنقابة المهندسين الزراعيين الأردنيين لتدريب اللاجئين السورين في مجال البستنة في منطقة اربد والمفرق" في تحقيق الغاية وصولا الى الهدف المرجو إليه.

نظمت السبت الماضي بتاريخ 12 من آذار اجتماع بحضور كل من عطوفة المهندس محمد الحياري وجميع المدربين من الأفرقة الثلاث " الزراعة المائية والسمكية ، ادارة الخضراوات ، ادارة اشجار المثمرة" للمناقشة تجاربهم أثناء التدريب وقصص نجاحهم ومشاركة آرائهم وتوجهاتهم لرفع مستوى التدريبات مستقبلا.
عبر عطوفة المهندس محمد الحياري عضو المجلس النقابي تقدريه لكل المشاركين والجهود المبذولة في إنجاح العمل كونه كان داعما للمهندسين خلال مسيرة المشروع وشارك ايضا في تسليم الشهادات للمشاركين.

Round 8 is Done! 😎✌️
Today we reached the final stage of training the Refugees , Host communities and Migrants in Irbid and Mafraq governator , facilitated by 2 outstanding trainers who they delivered trainings on the Trees management Eng. Aysheh Alkhaza’aleh and Dr. Mona Mashal .
All participants were delighted and pleased with the outcomes and many of them asked to get more training to upgrade themselves in the future – If possible –

ضمن الجولة 8 والاخيرة نظمت دورتين تدريبيتين على ادارة اشجار الفاكهة والنخيل من قبل المهندسة عائشة الخزاعلة والدكتورة منى مشعل لمجموعتين مختلفتين من اللاجئين وافراد من المجتمعات المضيفة من محافظة المفرق واستمر التدريب لمدة 6 أيام متتالية.
مهما ذكرنا لن نوضح فرحة المشاركين ورضاهم عن التدريبات المطروحة خلال الفترة الماضية ونيل استحسان الجميع و نأمل ان تلك الجهود المبذولة قد تساهم مستقبلا في رفع كفاءة مهاراتهم الفنية وفتح افاق اخرى لمن يرغب في بدأ مشروعه الخاص.

Before last – Round 7 is Done 👌

How time flie ⚡️! We reached the Penultimate round 7 for two groups of Refugees , Host communities and Migrants from Mafraq Governator who participated in the Hydroponics training and the other group on the Vegetables management of 6 days in row. The trainings were facilitated by Eng. Doa’a Alamayreh from Hydroponics team and Eng. Ashraf Al Zoghbi from Vegetables management team. 👩‍🌾🧑‍🌾
The participants were pleased with the skills they received and some of them planned to make their projects in the future. That’s what we are looking for

ضمن الجولة 7 وما قبل الاخيرة نظمت دورتين تدريبيتين على أنظمة الزراعة المائية من قبل المهندسة دعاء العمايرة ودورة تدريبية على ادارة الخضراوات من قبل المهندس أشرف الزغبي لمجموعتين مختلفتين من اللاجئين وافراد من المجتمعات المضيفة من محافظة المفرق واستمر التدريب لمدة 6 أيام متتالية. 😀
كان التدريب واعدا ونال على استحسان الجميع ونتمنى أن تساهم التدريبات في رفع كفاءة مهاراتهم الفنية وفتح افاق اخرى لمن يرغب في بدأ مشروعه الخاص. 👏

Round 6 is finished ✅

Another group of Refugees , host communities and migrants from Mafraq Governator who participated in the Hydroponics training (facilitated in the JAEA station for research and training) and the other group on the Vegetables management of 6 days straight. The trainings were facilitated by Eng. Khaled Alkhataleen from Hydroponics team and Eng. Ala Jafer from Vegetables management team.

The participants were delighted with the skills they received. Hope these training will support them in the future! 🙌

Round 5 is DONE ✅

Last week, a new group of Refugees , host communities and migrants from Irbid Governator who participated in a training course on Hydroponics and the other group on the Trees management of 6 days straight. The trainings were facilitated by Eng. Mohammad Quzaih from Hydroponics team and Eng. Basil Obiedat from Trees management team.

Each trainer provided an epic training as we saw the participants smiles and enthusiasm to learn more skills as much as they could. 😁

نفذ الاسبوع الماضي بتاريخ 26 من شباط دورة تدريبية على أنظمة الزراعة المائية من قبل المهندس محمد قزيح ودورة تدريبية على ادارة الاشجار من قبل المهندس باسل عبيدات لمجموعتين من اللاجئين وافراد من المجتمعات المضيفة في محافظة اربد ولمدة 6 أيام متتالية.
كان التدريب واعدا ونال على رضى الجميع ونتمنى أن تساهم التدريبات في رفع كفاءة مهاراتهم الفنية ولعب دورة فعال في القطاع الزراعي. 👍

ROUND 4 ➡️ COMPLETE

An outstanding of 3 expertise master trainers (Eng. Mohammad Bashabsheh, Eng. Nabeel Dana, and Eng. Mervat Shamaileh) performance by giving training for a group of Refugees and participants from the host communities in Mafraq and Irbid Governator, on the three topics (Vegetables & Trees management, and Hydroponics practices) for 6 days straight.

The training was promising by the good feedback we received . We're planning to arrange more workshops like this and hopefully, we'll get your support on our page in the future.

أداء متميز من قبل ثلاث من المدربين (م. محمد البشابشة و م. نبيل دنة و م. ميرفت الشمايلة ) خلال تقديم دورة تدريبية لمجموعة من اللاجئين والمشاركين من المجتمعات المضيفة في محافظتي اربد والمفرق حول الموضوعات الثلاثة (إدارة الخضروات والأشجار ، وممارسات الزراعة المائية) لمدة 6 أيام متتالية.

Last week a new training course launched on Hydroponics & Aquaponics topics for 6 days and facilitated by Eng. Hatem Abu Roman he's one of the Hydroponics Master trainer. The training took place in the Mafraq governator with 25 participation of Syrian refugees and Host community.
The reviews from satisfied participants reflect the effort we put into ensuring our training is tailored to meet the sector and their needs.

تم عقد الاسبوع الماضي تدريب آخر على أنظمة الزراعة المائية من قبل المهندس حاتم أبو رمان من فريق الزراعة المائية وبمشاركة 25 متدربًا من اللاجئين السوريين وأفراد من المجتمعات المضيفة في محافظة المفرق. شمل التدريب محاور وجوانب متعلقة بادارة انظمة الزراعة الماية والتي تناسب المحاصيل المنتجة من قبل المشاركين، والتعرف على انواع الانظمة والوسائط البديلة المستخدمة وكيفية تحضير خلطات السماد.

لاقى التدريب استحسان الجميع وحاز على رضاهم عن مستوى التدريب المقدم وتسلسل الأفكار والتنويع ما بين المحاضرات النظرية والتطبيق العملي .

عقدت الجولة الثالثة من تدريب اللاجئين السوريين والمجتمعات المضيفة على المجالات (الخضروات وإدارة الأشجار) في محافظة اربد.

في الأسبوع الماضي 12 من شهر فبراير نظمت دورتين تدريبيتين من قبل مدربين من فريق ادارة الخضراوات المهندسة أروى عويس و مدرب من فريق ادارة الأشجار المهندس عبدالرحمن الطراونة ضمن الجولة الثالثة من تدريب اللاجئين والمجتمعات المضيفة ولمدة 6 أيام على التوالي في محافظة إربد والمطروح من قبل مشروع "تحسين القدرات التدريبية لـ JAEA للاجئين السوريين ITC-AgJo" الممول من المنظمة الهولندية.
لاقى التدريب استحسان الحضور وحاز على رضاهم عن مستوى التدريب المقدم وتسلسل الأفكار والتنويع ما بين المحاضرات النظرية والتطبيق العملي والإجابة على استفسارات المشاركين.

Round –2️⃣ of Training the Syrian Refugees and Host community started on the occupations of horticultural (Vegetables, Trees Management & Hydroponics) in Irbid.

Last week, On the 5th of Feb started the second cycles of the Refugees and Host community training for 6 days straight in Irbid Governator provided under the “Improving Training Capacity of JAEA for Syrian Refugees ITC-AgJo” project – funded by the Dutch organization and the training was facilitated by 3 of our trained Master trainers from the vegetables Management "Eng. Ahmad Al-grageer", Trees Management "Eng. Mahmoud Khashashneh" and on Hydroponics too.
The training was contained of theoretical and practical in relevant and high quality horticulture of trainings on the three topics for 3 different group of beneficiaries, each group have 25 of trainees from the Syrian Refugees and people from the host community and migrants, the beneficiaries were selected randomly 60 % Syrian Refugees and 40 % participants from the host communities and migrants, nether less, taken in notice the gender as one of main target in our project in which 50% male and 50% female.
In end, each topic focused on different aspects related and addressed the main skills needed for any labors in the agricultural sector, to fill in the skills gap while acquiring skills needed to support them on the field.
These trainings were promising, by the evaluation we got that all participants were very satisfied with the training course and asked for more in the future.

عقدت الجولة الثانية من تدريب اللاجئين السوريين والمجتمعات المضيفة على المجالات الثلاث (الخضروات وإدارة الأشجار والزراعة المائية) في محافظة إربد.

في الأسبوع الماضي - الخامس من شباط / فبراير- نظم 3 دورات تدريبية ضمن الجولة الثانية من تدريب اللاجئين والمجتمعات المضيفة ولمدة 6 أيام على التوالي في محافظة إربد والمطروح من قبل مشروع "تحسين القدرات التدريبية لـ JAEA للاجئين السوريين ITC-AgJo" الممول من المنظمة الهولندية. تم تسهيل التدريب من قبل 3 من المدربين الآخرين المشاركين بالمشروع المهندس محمود الخشاشنة من فريق ادارة الاشجار والمهندس احمد الغراغير من فريق إدارة الخضروات وإدارة الأشجار و مهندس اخر من فريق الزراعة المائية.

توجهت الدورة على التدريبات النظرية والعملية بجودة عالية لـ 3 مجموعات مختلفة من المستفيدين ، كل مجموعة تضم 25 متدربًا من لاجئين سوريين وأفراد من المجتمعات المضيفة وتخصيص نسبة 60٪ من المشاركين من اللاجئين السوريين و 40٪ من المجتمعات المضيفة.
تناولت الدورات التدريبية عدة محاور و جوانب مختلفة ذات صلة مع التركيز على المهارات الأساسية اللازمة اتقانها لتلبية كافة المتطلبات في القطاع الزراعي و لتمكينهم لسد فجوة النقص بالمهارات.
