spread your toes on the mat
shift your body weight slowly to one side
engage your Abs
Focus on one point

افرد اصابع القدم على الارض
حاول ان تنقل وزن الجسم ببطء على رجل واحدة
استخدم عضلات البطن
حاول التركيز على نقطة واحدة
جربوها وخبروني بالنتيجة ❤️

Always check your foot during the day .. feel grounded .. don’t lean on one edge of the foot .. it will cause problems in knees and hips .. just observe

لا يدوم ما يقوم على اساس ضعيف
وكذلك هي القدم للجسم .. هي الاساس الذي نرتكز عليه ويتوازن جسمنا .. لذلك يجب ان ننتبه اننا نضع وزن الجسم على القدم كاملة ليس على جهة واحدة لانه ممكن ان يتسبب بمشاكل بالركبة والحوض

Tip: never lock your knee during your day or during the practice.. protect your knees by micro bend them all the time .. stay safe 🌹

نصيحة: احمي الركبة عن طريق الثني البسيط للركبة في كل الاوقات سواء خلال اليوم او خلال التمرين 🌹
