"Towards Collaborative Innovations” Workshop which took place from 12-14.05.2016, at the moevenpick Hotel was the first one of its kind in supporting innovators between Returning Experts. This workshop was organized within the frame of the Migration for Development Programme.
Workshops topics
The workshop main topics will be
• Creativity techniques and ideas generation tools
• Innovation concepts and process
• Open innovation and collaborative between universities & industry
• Business model development for researchers
• Intellectual property commercialization
Outcome
• Create a community of returning researchers in Jordan that focus on innovation to sustain continuous skills development
• Develop and apply the concepts of innovation and creativity techniques
• Enable the Returning Experts to utilize the concepts of Open Innovation and developing sustainable partnerships with the industry
• Help Returning Experts to better manage, utilize and protect their intellectual properties
