From functional training and strength conditioning to yoga, recovery, and kids’ classes, we help every member push past limits and become their strongest self💪🔥 We are building a fun, dedicated, fitness community in Amman, Jordan. However, do not expect a comfortable place. CrossFit QuickSand exists to train you and the training is hard. It will require your physical and mental determination. The aim is functional fitness that will improve your quality of life. If you are interested in joining, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] and we will reply with all the needed information. We encourage all beginners to go through our 4 week 'Elements' program that will teach you all the basics of CrossFit in a safe and enjoyable environment. Our Elements cycles stars the first Sunday of each month.
