You don’t have to be chained by the past.
Just because you used to do things a certain way before, doesn’t mean you have to keep on doing things that way.
You can change.

If I could go back in time and whisper a word of advice to my 38-year old self in this photograph, it would be this:
“Learn to fuel your heart with encouragement.
Be careful what you read, what you listen to, what you watch, who you surround yourself with, how you talk to yourself, and what you visualize. These things can bring powerful positivity into your life, or they can bring about suffering , doubt, and fear.”
If you’re a person of faith, you have an in redoble source of support to tap into daily.
None of us have to go it alone.
Find a friend, find a support group, reach out for help, and start filling up your life with encouragement.
