In 2009, Engicon O&M signed an agreement with the German Association for Water, Wastewater and Waste (DWA) covering the period between 2010 and 2012. This venture provides specialized training programs for engineers, operators, and technicians from water utilities across the region. Engicon O&M has established itself as the first training provider offering DWA-certified training courses in Jordan for MENA region clients in the field of water and wastewater. 1- Customer Service: Management and/or Operations of all customer service functions including meter reading, billing, (door-step billing) collection, and dealing with various types of customer problems.
2- System Management: Hydraulic analysis; pressure management; leak detection of water networks, repair and maintenance.
3- Wastewater Collection: Operations and Maintenance of collection systems.
4- Treatment Plants: Operations and Maintenance of Water and Wastewater treatment Plants.
