This year, together with .jo we’re bringing an even bigger experience designed to build strength, fitness, discipline, and confidence in a fun and motivating environment inside the gym and outside starting 13th of June
Training Schedule:
• Saturday - Monday - Wednesday
• 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Every 2 weeks:
• Saturday Activity Day
• 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
At Challenger Academy - Airport Road
Program Includes:
• CrossFit Training
• HYROX Training
• Calisthenics
• Endurance Training

From the football field to the platform, is proving that real progress starts when you stop settling for staying the same.
After years of self-coaching, he stepped into the 962 Athletics powerlifting corner with to rebuild stronger, move better, and chase progress with purpose.
Still early in the journey, but definitely one to keep an eye on. 💪
