I remember when I used to cry and panic that I am not able to support so many people, that they need someone stronger with more knowledge. Support your friends, listen to their ideas, go to their events. share their post, celebrate their victories and remind them of their importance. A little support can go a very long way

Working with young leaders often involves their self-discovery. They have to establish their strengths and talents. On your team meeting or 1 to 1, you can arrange activity where your leader has to list minimum 10 talents (something that makes them different than others, something they feel very confident in, special characteristic) and back them up with examples. You can as well list what you “see” in them and compare the answers.
Building confidence and self-awareness is key in developing staff so make it real and fun and soon you will see the impact on the business and decision making

Happy new year my lovely followers. Last year was crazy, I went through an emotional rollercoaster and tried to build up my confidence and believed that I can lead. Just a piece of advice for the upcoming year: treating people the way you want to be treated will always bring a positive outcome. Be fair, be firm and keep in mind that leader most of the time should be there to support staff not to give orders. I wish you a successful year and fruitful business ventures 👩🏼‍💻💸 #2019

During this special time don’t forget about the most important things. If there is someone you didn’t talk to for long time.. it’s time to forgive and reunite. If you know someone who is spending Christmas alone don’t forget about “extra plate” and invite them for meal. How about donating to the charity or buying some presents for kids that may not get anything this year ? If you see someone upset , simply just smile and hug them. This is the time of miracles 🎄✨🎁

Do you believe in inclusiveness?

To be able to manage successfully leaders have to include other is the decision-making process. Inclusiveness helps management of information and motivation.

Including other in the decision making gives the leader more information and different point of view. They can see different possibilities and expertise that they wouldn't be able to see if they were making the decision alone.

People are more likely to support any decisions if they know that they are involved in the process. They are committed and enthusiastic because they speak on a behalf of the group and are addressing the issues that may concern everyone.

How to show appreciation ⁉️ 2 years ago I received this txt from my manager it was a really difficult time for me, I was going through some personal staff and felt really down. I kept it on my phone as the few words that he send meant at that point everything to me. Do you remember when was the last time you told someone how much they are worth and what do you appreciate about them? Today is the day you can send a quick txt or email and say something simple that might change somebody’s day ... gratitude Sunday ..only good vibes

What success means to you? During my career, I discovered that being kind and treating everyone equally brings the best results. I am happy and in peace when I see others succeeding and growing. I prefer to be remembered as someone who made and an impact on others personal growth than someone who made extra revenue. You can have all the money in this world and still be unhappy but no one can ever take your experience, feelings and memories. Treat others the way you would like to be treated, if we all apply this simple rule. The world will be better ❤️
