HI THERE, MY NAMES FERG, I’M AN APSI TRAINER FROM THREDBO AUSTRALIA AND I’VE BEEN INSTRUCTING MY ENTIRE ADULT LIFE.

I’VE FOUND A REAL LOVE FOR TEACHING PEOPLE HOW TO TEACH PEOPLE. I LOVE MY FRIENDS AND I LOVE MY SKIING; BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY I LOVE TEACHING PEOPLE HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THEIR WINTERS.

“I have been a full-time ski instructor for over 10 years, including many seasons in Canada, some in Australia, and now starting my 3rd in Niseko.

I have also been delivering courses and exams for the CSIA for over half of my career, as well as providing instructor training (CSIA, APSI, NZSIA) in every snow school I worked for. My sessions are all about fun, safe, learning opportunities.

To me, levels only exist on paper, the rest is about inspiring others to be the best version of themselves and maximizing enjoyment of our time on snow.”
