Hello everyone! Fukuoka Barstarzz will have group training July 21st, Sunday. Start time around noon at Sanno park, Hakata.

Hello everyone! How has everyone been? This is an announcement for Fukuoka Barstarzz group training.

We will be meeting Sunday November 5th at Sano Park around noon. If you're in the area please come out and join us. It's a free lesson in calisthenics and all levels are welcome!

Great day today especially meeting this student! His name is Kento! He is an MMA student. He taught me some MMA moves today! I had a great time and can't wait to see him again!
