元台風18号の熱帯低気圧。まさかUターンして戻ってきて、さらに台風に復活するかもと日本気象庁が。また台風、熱帯低気圧だらけの日本近海。なんて夏だ！
A tropical depression that was formerly Typhoon No. 18. The Japan Meteorological Agency says it might actually make a U-turn and come back, possibly even regaining typhoon status. The waters near Japan are once again teeming with typhoons and tropical depressions. What a crazy summer!

Typhoon #18 is moving slowly —at a speed of about 10 to 15 km/h —it continues to send powerful swells toward the Okinawa island.
Strong, long-period swells will definitely persist through tomorrow, the 28th.
台風18号は時速約10～15kmの遅い速度で移動しており、沖縄諸島に向けて依然として強力なうねりを送り続けています。
強いうねりと長周期のうねりは、明日28日まで確実に続く見込みです。

今回の台風18号ソウデルの進路が日本気象庁、アメリカ、ヨーロッパとも南西よりに確定してきた。8/26-27が那覇には最接近かな。
The Japan Meteorological Agency, the U.S. Navy, and the European Meteorological Agency have all confirmed that Typhoon No. 18, "Saudel", is on a southwesterly track. It will likely come closest to Naha on August 26–27.
