The Varsity Sports Association (VSA) Yokosuka Seahawks is a competitive American football organization based in Yokosuka, Japan, operating in alignment with U.S. military community athletics and local Japanese football leagues.

The Seahawks serve as both a competitive team and a community-driven program, bringing together active-duty service members, veterans, and local athletes. They compete against Japanese club teams, universities, and semi-professional leagues (including X-League–affiliated levels), representing Yokosuka and the U.S. naval presence abroad.

Beyond competition, the organization emphasizes:

* Discipline, teamwork, and leadership development
* Community engagement and volunteer service
* Mentorship of youth and aspiring athletes
* Physical readiness and morale support for service members

The Seahawks also function as ambassadors of goodwill, strengthening U.S.–Japan relations through sport while maintaining a strong culture rooted in accountability, professionalism, and excellence on and off the field.
