Get It Done & Checked Off!

Parents,

If your athlete needs a sports physical for the upcoming school year, now is the time to take care of it. Naval Hospital Okinawa just released their Sports Physical Day dates for May and August.

My best advice? Get it done now.

If you knock it out on one of these upcoming dates, you won't have to think about it, scramble at the last minute, or worry about eligibility until the end of the next school year.

📅 Available Dates & Times:
• Tuesdays (12:00 PM – 6:00 PM): May 27th | August 5th & 12th
• Saturdays (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM): May 17th (Tomorrow!) & 31st | August 9th & 16th

• Location: NHO Pediatric Clinic
• Eligibility: Open to school-aged patients who receive their care at Naval Hospital Okinawa.

After sharing the dugout with Coach Jeremy Cordero this season, I’m telling you: this is the guy you want training your son or daughter.

Jeremy is a former D1 standout who truly understands the “Baseball IQ” side of the game. He doesn't just run drills; he teaches kids how to think and compete. Coach Cordero brings a level of knowledge and elite mechanics hitting, fielding, and pitching that is rare to find. More importantly, he has an incredible ability to connect with kids and build their confidence.

I can’t recommend Shichijo-San enough for his work on baseball gloves. His knowledge of the craft is insane.

He took the time to meet me Sunday morning in a parking lot just to ensure our catcher was set for the tournament.

It’s rare to find that kind of talent combined with such a commitment to the game. Give him a shout if your gear needs some love! ⚾️🙌
