Yesterday was probably the best day ever!! I learned so much and I fell in love with beachbody and p90x even more!! I got trained by the best Master Trainer ever!! Today was game day with so we did moves from all sorts of sports from soccer to wrestling! There was even some swimming in there! I just wished it was a real pool we got in and cooled off :) it was a good workout though!!

Day 9 vertical plyo done!! Now I need a bucket of water to dump on me!!!
