Honoured to officially be appointed as a Coach of the Korea National Surfing Team for the 2026 Aichi Nagoya Asian Games. 🇰🇷 🤝 KSA 대한서핑협회 official

Surfing has taken me from competing on the QS to coaching professional athletes, developing Modern Performance, and now supporting Korea’s national team on one of the biggest stages in our sport.

A big thank you to the Korea Surfing Association for the opportunity and trust. I’m looking forward to working alongside the athletes and staff, helping them prepare, perform, and represent Korea to the best of their ability.

The work starts now.

Sunday Academy

Great turnout today with a strong group of surfers working through the Modern Performance system.

Today’s focus was:

🏄‍♂️ Backside
1️⃣ Bottom Turn → Straight Front Leg
2️⃣ Mid Wave → Stay Tall + Lead Hand
3️⃣ Top Turn → Stay Tall + Compression Timing

We also worked on connecting the MP points through the entire turn sequence rather than treating each turn as a separate movement.

The goal is simple:

Extension → Compression → Speed → Flow

Thanks everyone for coming and putting in the work today.
