This page is for Michael Garnier. He and I met at “Out ‘n’ About” on May 16 and 17.
I, Makoto Yokoyama, graduated from Takashi Kobayashi’s Japan Treehouse Builders School five years ago and constructed this treehouse by myself.
I was actually supposed to go to the conference last year with Taka, but we could not coordinate the plans around his schedule, so we formed a private group this year to visit.
Thank you for all of your great advice.

This is my treehouse.
It has 2 cabins. One is a wooden wall bedroom, and the other is a plaster wall living room.
The first deck is 8 feet high, and the second deck (house floor) is 16 feet high.

This is my camp field.
Right now, there is only one treehouse, so only one group of people can stay at one time.
NIMU is a members-only campsite.
The treehouse is an entertainment facility, so only members are allowed and are responsible for their own safety.

This is my woods.27ac wides.
I want to build lots of treehouses in there.
