Had another great Total Back Care seminar for the Tokyo American club. As 80% of people suffer from some kind of back issue, we are so happy to see more and more people getting involved in this and taking the steps to get back to feeling good👍🏾👍🏾

Working on strength training with Puppeteers from Dinosaur Park. As puppets can weigh up to 35kg each (77lbs) and are always have to be moved dynamically, functional, targeted strength-training for the puppeteers leading up to the show is a must💪🏽🔥 Happy to see these guys taking crushing the training with it our bands from and looking forward even more so to seeing them performing in the shows!

Happy to have had our first “Total Back Care” seminar at the Tokyo American Club not too long ago; moving beyond the Deskwork Injury Prevention Seminars we also offer, this one moves beyond deskwork related causes of back injury and explores a much more comprehensive treatment of both the exploration of causes of LBD (Lower Back Disorder) and expands on the range of stretches and exercises offered. The exercis students are demonstrating is called a “Posterior Reach” and is one of a range of stretch/exercises that we use to relieve tension in the Lower Back. 👍🏾

Numbers were kept small for COVID concerns, but we were happy that our program offering was positively received and we have already been asked back for the next one. Yosh👍🏾💪🏾🔥 #肩凝り #ぎっくり腰
