To have a good health, everyone should note the following things! 👇👇👇
1- Drink lots of water.
2- Eat breakfast like a King, lunch like a King and dinner like a beggar (eat less).
3- Eat more food that grows on trees and eat less food that is made in the factory.
4- Live with 3 N's: Energy - Enthusiasm - Kindness (English version is 3 E: Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy).
5- Find a time to pray.
6- Play more games.
7- Read more books than last year.
8- Every day spend 10 minutes sitting quietly
9- Sleep at least 7 hours
10- Walk while smiling 10-30 minutes a day
11- Don't compare your life with the lives of others. I don't know what their journey is like.
12- Don't have negative thoughts or think things that you can't control. Instead, invest your energy in the present moment.
13- Don't overdo anything. Must keep a limit to yourself.
14- Don't take yourself too seriously, as incomparable.
15- Don't waste precious energy on gossip.
16- Learn to dream more while you're awake
17- Jealousy is a waste of time. I already have everything I need.
18- Forget about the past. Don't remind your loved one about past mistakes. That will destroy the existing happiness.

2 large eggs
1 teaspoon low-fat milk
Pinch of salt
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
1 cup chopped kale
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon unsalted sunflower seeds
Pinch of crushed red pepper
🔷 Directions
➡Step 1
Beat eggs with milk and salt in a small bowl. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and cook until the bottom is set and the center is still a bit runny, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip the omelet over and cook until set, about 30 seconds more. Transfer to a plate.
➡Step 2
Toss kale with the remaining 1 teaspoon oil, lime juice, cilantro, sunflower seeds, crushed red pepper and a pinch of salt. Top the omelet with the kale salad and avocado.
