もうすぐ10月ですね！
11月までの水曜日の恵比寿studio-jでの早朝ヨガはこういうスケジュールで行っています。
この10月で、早朝ヨガクラスは1周年！
あっという間の1年でした！
確実な積み重ねなど考える間もない、1年の短さ！ヨガはこの5000倍の歴史！
私たちのグループみんなで作っているクラスです。一度、この雰囲気を実感して見てはいかがですか？

恵比寿の早朝ヨガの7月までの予定です。どなたでも参加できます。一日の始まりを、ヨガでリズムの良いものにしてみましょう！

4月、5月の恵比寿での早朝ヨガのスケジュールをフライヤーにしています。

◆Yoga International class

In this class, now we are looking for new members who would start the yoga which refresh your mind and body and bring new energy, currently.
This class is for those who feel less comfortable in English lessons than in Japanese lessons.
Please let me know, if you would like to introduce information on this class to your acquaintance.

　March 20th. Monday 7:00pm to 8:30pm.

※This is a class in English. Beginners are welcome.All the people would be able to do Yoga even if you think you aren't flexible.

2月2日（木曜日）～2月9日（水曜日）までのヨガのクラスのスケジュールに会場などの変更はありません。参加したいクラスなど、ありましたらお問い合わせください。
