日本空手協会 大志塾 JKA Taishijuku

昨日の赤羽道場・一般部には、
ブルガリア🇧🇬、イタリア🇮🇹、チェコ🇨🇿から空手修行者が参加しました。

黒帯・色帯・白帯に分かれ、それぞれのクラスで型稽古に集中し、
各自が静かに自己研鑽に励みました。

本日から、京王アリーナTOKYO（東京都多摩市）にて
日本空手協会の全国大会が開催されます。

選手の皆さん、頑張ってください！

Yesterday at the Akabane Dojo adult class,
karate practitioners from Bulgaria 🇧🇬, Italy 🇮🇹, and the Czech Republic 🇨🇿 joined the training.

We divided into black belts, color belts, and white belts.
Each group focused on kata practice, and everyone worked quietly on their own self‑training.

From today, the Japan Karate Association National Championship
will be held at Keio Arena TOKYO in Tama City.

そして昨晩の川口道場・一般部には、イタリア🇮🇹、ブルガリア🇧🇬、イングランド🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿、ロシア🇷🇺から空手の修行者が参加。

20代から70代まで、日本人も海外の方も一緒になり、静かで力強い集中の中で稽古に向き合い、道場全体が一体感と充実感に満ちた時間となりました。

On Tuesday, Nakano‑sensei returned from Canada and Mexico. 🇨🇦🇲🇽🛬

Last night at Kawaguchi Dojo, practitioners from Italy 🇮🇹, Bulgaria 🇧🇬, England🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿, and Russia 🇷🇺 joined our training.

From their 20s to 70s, Japanese practitioners and international practitioners trained together with strong focus and shared spirit.

The dojo became a unified space filled with deep concentration and a real sense of fulfillment.
