Happy New Year my friends!

Last year, I set the goal of running my first ever marathon to celebrate my 60th birthday. I'm happy to say I made that goal a reality. I even crushed my original goal of just finishing the marathon and managed to finish under 5 hours.

This wasn't a stroke of luck. This was slow, steady progress to a goal that was important to me. Success does not happen overnight. Improvement comes in small increments through hard work and commitment to your goal.

I hope you all have a fantastic 2026! And if there is something you want achieve this year. Write it down. Create that goal and then create a plan to help you get there. Ask for help when you need it or when doubt gets in the way. If you stay focused, you can make dreams a reality.
