Jubilee Farms - Kenya

Today afternoon I honored to grace PASS ON ceremony at our Compassion Centre. 10 families were blessing other 10 Needy families with chicken and 4 families were passing on Seeds of Africa Leafy vegetables to 4 other needy families. I'm really happy for the families who received initial support from our friends Hope Seeds International and are honoring their promise of at least giving another family 1 chicken. We really impress that and that is " Sharing Resources to End Hunger and Poverty while Caring the Earth" That is what we stand for as Jubilee Farms -Kenya/Upendo Conservation Area. Thank you all members of Affiliate groups, friends and our Entire Team. Keep up to reach out more Families.

It was a great day and we thank God, 125 Members Turned up for sharing and learning. Needy Families received full vaccinated 6 weeks chicken and African Leafy vegetables seeds . I'm happy also families are impressing Principle of pass on, first seeds and chicken beneficiaries have started to pass on other families. Those really appreciated for the support and our sincere thanks goes to Hope Seeds International through our dear friend and leaders David-Maxine Balsbaugh and Dr. Glenn Fell . We promise through our affiliated groups, we shall keep sharing resources to end Hunger and Poverty in a Safe Environment. Kindly friends join us. We hope to host over 300 farmers in October 2026 - Field Day at our Compassion Centre. Thanks also to Jubilee Farms -Kenya/ Upendo Conservation Area team, keep up your good volunteer work.

Hello Friends, our farmer are doing very well in their farms. Their families have improved nutrition, food secure and income due to trainings, African Leafy Vegetable seeds and chicken support. Yes we are sharing resource to end hunger and poverty for Needy Families - "Bulekhule". Today I have sampled two ladies who have improved their families from our support. Justine and Christine Barasa have done very well. Christine from sale of vegetable and chicken she has made $240 that she has able to pay for school fees for her girl in college bought maize and other family needs just in 3 Months . All these happening because of great support from Hope Seeds International Coordinated by David and our President Dr. Glenn. As Jubilee Farms - Kenya we really appreciate. Keep up Jubilee Farms Kenya Training Team and all affiliated Groups members/families.

It's God blessings, our work continue to be strengthened through Affiliated groups. We have now 15 very active groups with total 432 members. Today we had very successful training with groups leaders on Financial Literacy and Revolving funds scheme to ensure each group keeps good records and stable Revolving funds scheme that will be linked to Jubilee Farms Investment SACCO. We are building slowly sustainability foundation covering our 4 Departments. As we hope Needy Families seeds and chicken support on 5/6/2026 we shall have 15 Peer trainers review training immediately after sharing. Please we humbly requesting for your support. OUR UPDATE:
- Jubilee Farms -Kenya is a registered Smallholder Farmers Associations registered in years 2011 in Kenya. Currently It has 1155 members through affiliated 45 community groups but 10 are very active with 310 members.
- We have elected 9 Management Committee members that serve for the period of 3 years.
- We have 4 Major Departments - 1.Farmers training ( Jubilee Farms Compassion Centre). 2. Child and Needy Families support - orphans, physically handicapped children and really needy families. 3. Farm inputs support - Seeds, Fertilizer, eggs, chicken. 4. Environmental Conservation trainings - Upendo Conservation Area - Conservation , Native tree planting and Snakebite awareness training.
- We have an office at our Compassion Centre - our demonstration centre with 7 volunteer staff lead by Director/ Country Leader, 2 Training Field Coordinators ( Agriculture and Environment) Leads 10 peer trainers, 1 Administrator/ Secretary, 2 Demo Assistant, 1 Conservation Assistant.
- Jubilee Farms leader/ Founder Dr. Glenn has built us strong Partnership with Hope Seeds International - David-Maxine Balsbaugh that is key for our Farmers training and support, other 3 Countries Jubilee Farms and linked us other key friends especially Professor Jonathan Emerson Twining who was key for start of Upendo Conservation Area and other friends.
- We collaborate closely with Kenya National Government, County Government of Bungoma especially key departments, local administration, other Non Governmental organization, local Churches especially Church of Nazarene and SCAN sister Organization.
- For the last 11 Months We have trained 655 farmers in key areas aim at increase food production and income, we have given 155 members seeds, 25 members fertilizer, 148 members 622 chicken. We have supported 22 needy children directly and indirectly to be in school, 2 needy families received dairy Heifers. We have been in 15 villages and 5 market centres for Snakebite Awareness Trainings to save lives and Snakes Killings. We have supported 6 families where one of their member bitten by Snake to hospital, we have supported 2 families that lost their members due to Snakebite. We have built two house 2 families that were affected by Snakebite, We have done 6 families compound and surrounding areas clean up exercise to prevent Snakebite. We have also jointly planted 2550 trees and distributed to the community 1150 seedlings.

FINALLY: In our 10 Affiliate group we have many families that needs our support. Please we have 15 needy families that needs Chicken support each family 4 chicken and 20 families that needs African Leafy vegetables seeds support. We scheduled to give out on 05/06/2026, We kindly request for your support. Also our Environment team urgently requesting 4 village Snakebite Training and 2 village Snake Rescue, we ask for transport support. It was another great day, we were called to meet three groups: Arise for Future Women, Bidii Woman and United for Prosperity Women. We shared with 85 members of new affiliated groups to Jubilee Farms. We have a clear plan for continues training to groups, seeds and some areas animals( chicken) support. As Jubilee Farms -Kenya we request the support for 15 identified needy families 45 chicken and 20 families African Leafy vegetables seeds. As Jubilee Farms -Kenya, we support 12 Needy Children to be in School with others through provision of school requirements including school/college Fees. We also empower caretakers through agricultural inputs support and trainings to enable them have food and income. We thank Jubilee Farms and Hope Seeds International to make it possible.
