TEAM BOSSMAN 2027 | AN ACTION AGENDA FOR OUR PEOPLE
We believe leadership must move beyond promises to clear priorities, practical action, and measurable results.
Our proposed agenda will focus on:
1. Expand equitable access to bursaries
Establish transparent and fair systems for identifying beneficiaries, processing applications, and ensuring bursary opportunities reach deserving students across our communities.
2. Empower SHGs and small-scale traders
Build partnerships with relevant organisations, financial institutions, and development agencies to connect Self-Help Groups and small-scale traders with training, markets, financing opportunities, and business support.
3. Accelerate electricity connections
Work with the relevant agencies and stakeholders to identify underserved areas, prioritise pending connections, and pursue practical solutions that expand reliable electricity access.
4. Improve access to clean water
Prioritise water projects based on community needs, support the expansion and rehabilitation of water infrastructure, and strengthen efforts to ensure dependable access to safe water.
5. Strengthen access to medical care
Engage relevant health authorities and partners to address gaps in healthcare access, essential services, medical supplies, and community health support.
6. Keep communities involved and informed
Create regular channels for residents to raise concerns, track priority projects, and receive clear updates on progress and challenges.
Our approach is action-oriented: identify the need, mobilise the right partners, implement practical solutions, and remain accountable for the results.
