Kipteimet FC has been expelled from the ongoing ASA League and handed a one-year suspension following the clubโs failure to honour its weekend fixture against Ndanai FC.
The unfulfilled fixture against Ndanai marks Kipteimet FCโs ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ธ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ป, having previously failed to honour matches against Kapsengwet FC and Ainabkoi FC.
Under the ASA and ASBL League Regulations, accumulation of three walkovers within a single season attracts expulsion from the competition. The regulations further stipulate that players registered with an expelled club shall not be permitted to register or join another ASA/ASBL club during the prescribed suspension period.
The decision follows the ASAโs established disciplinary precedent. Chelelek FC and Tingwa FC were similarly suspended for one year during the 2025 season after committing violations of the league regulations.
Accordingly, Kipteimet FC is hereby expelled from the ongoing ASA League and suspended for a period of one (1) year, its players shall not be permitted to register with or join another, ASA/ASBL club.
The decision is made in accordance with the applicable regulations and is intended to uphold discipline, consistency, sporting integrity and respect for the competition framework governing ASA and ASBL competitions.
